Property Readiness and Item Removal
Clients are responsible for ensuring that the property is fully prepared and photo-ready at the time of the scheduled shoot. While our team may move small items (such as chairs, light décor, or countertop items) to improve presentation, we do not move or stage large, heavy, or hazardous items (including but not limited to construction materials, pool covers, appliances, or furniture). If significant time or effort is required to prepare the property for photographs, an additional fee may be applied to cover the extra labor and time on site.
